Where to, Virginia?

The Virginia Passenger Rail Authority (VPRA) manages state-supported Amtrak service in Virginia. This consists of eight daily, roundtrip Amtrak Virginia Northeast Regional trains. These publicly funded trains originate in Roanoke, Norfolk, Newport News and Richmond and continue onto Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor, offering a one-seat ride to destinations like Boston, Philadelphia, New York City and Washington, DC. On the flip side, they provide the Northeast with easy access to Virginia and points south.
