Service adjustments due to Winter Storm Blair

For the safety of Amtrak customers and employees, due to forecasted winter weather, the following adjustments have been made with no alternative transportation being offered:
Tuesday, January 7
Northeast
Acela (Operating between Boston and Washington):
- Trains 2150, 2154, 2168, 2170, & 2172 are canceled between Washington and New York.
- Trains 2151, 2153, 2155, & 2159 are canceled between New York and Washington.
- Trains 2103, 2107, 2108, 2121, 2122, and 2124 are canceled.
- Trains 2190, 2152, 2162, 2166, 2167, 2169, 2193 & 2173 will operate as scheduled.
Northeast Regional (Boston and Washington):
- Train 86 is canceled between Richmond and Washington.
- Train 84 is canceled between Norfolk and Washington.
- Trains 186, 112, 130, 66, 151, 119, & 131 are canceled.
Wednesday, January 8
We currently plan to operate our services as normally scheduled. Please check back for updates, as we will provide information promptly if conditions change.
Customers with reservations on affected trains will typically be accommodated on trains with similar departure times or another day. Amtrak will waive additional charges for customers looking to change their reservation during the modified schedule by calling our reservation center at 1-800-USA-RAIL.
