First Amendment Policy
National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) permits First Amendment Activity on property owned or controlled by Amtrak (Amtrak Property) to the extent that those activities are not incompatible with Amtrak mission to safely operate a national passenger rail system, and to do so with optimum service to the public, as well as with the best economy of operation possible. Because of safety reasons, First Amendment activities are not permitted onboard Amtrak trains, nor on train platforms.
